Since 1999 I began my career in medicine, focused on the discovery and creation of natural products that allow people to feel better about themselves, from the internal to the external aspect. I achieved great recognition throughout the national territory, the rest of Latin America. Especially Colombia and Panama.

Anxiety diet

BREAKFAST
-1 package of crackers with (1) cooked chicken breast, 1/1 cup of coffee with skim milk.
-You may exchange the cracker or breast for:
-1 Cup Kellogg's Special K with skim milk or (pericos) with 1 egg white, no yolk, (in water) with sweet chili, onions, tomato, etc. 0 1 whole wheat sandwich with turkey breast, tomato, lettuce, mustard, alfafa, etc.
For one hour before lunch:
-1 glass of natural orange juice or one of the allowed fruits.
-1/2 glass package of soda crackers (No kraker Bran or Club Social).

LUNCH
-200 grams of beef, chicken or fish: stewed, baked, boiled, or grilled; with seasonings and condiments or light tomato sauces.
- 1 cup of vegetables stuffed with meat or fish (eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes or bell peppers, etc.).
3:00 PM: One fruit from the allowed ones.
-1/2 package of graham crackers (No Kraker Bran or Club Social).

DINNER
-1 cup of vegetables or vegetable salad with tuna (plain) or with white meat or vegetable soup with or without white meat or an egg omelet (whites only), with vegetables, turkey or lean ham.
-DO NOT CONSUME DAIRY PRODUCTS (NO CHEESE, NO MILK, ETC.).
-CHEESES ARE ONLY ALLOWED UNTIL LUNCH. WHOLE WHEAT BREAD AND FRUIT JUICES ONLY IN THE MORNING.

DRESSINGS
-Blend cilantro, celery, cucumber, mustard and vinegar.
-Mix yogurt with mustard and celery.
-Blend parchita, mustard, cilantro, water and sweetener.
-Olive oil

ALLOWED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

One (1) natural strawberries, one (1) piece of melon, one (1) small grapefruit, ten (10) strawberries, one (1) piece of cantaloupe, one (1) piece of milkweed, carrots, cauliflower, garlic, eggplant, zucchini, chard, broccoli, beans, cabbage, turnip, lettuce, onion, green olives (desired quantity).
